About this position
As Accountant - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for all Accounts receivable related tasks.
You will be a part of the Accounting team of 7 people and report to the Accounting Manager and you will also work closely with and support the sales department.
Detailed job description
• Credit assessment of new customers
• Invoicing
• Book incoming payments
• Take action on overdue receivables (reminders, forward to collection agency)
• Account reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Contact with customers, sales department and Filippa K's agents on some markets
Suitable background
Filippa K is looking for someone who has a passion for accounting and had a similar role for at least 4 years. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, and you have good knowledge of Excel. To enjoy this role, you should be flexible, humble, structured, communicative and able to independently take responsibility from start to finish. You should also be stress-resistant, be able to prioritize and enjoy working with all parties within the company.
