Accounting tasks
Internal and external periodic and annual reports
Stock and inventory
Process Accounts Receivables & Payables, Tax and VAT reporting
Provide administrative and economic support to management and the organisation.
Corporate insurance
HR and admin tasks
Payroll and related activities; monthly and annual reporting of taxes, etc
Process time files, time cards, and other data through Company's payroll administrator.
Employment contracts
Assist employees with payroll and benefits questions.
Luxbright is currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant who will take on the management of the accounts, and to take care of Human Resource (HR) activities. The person we are looking for shall be fluent in English and Swedish (English is the company's operating language). Experienced with a minimum of five years of qualified accounting tasks. The applicant has an advantage if you have been working in a producing/manufacturing company.
We are seeking a happy person who is committed with a positive attitude, self motivation and whom naturally anticipates the needs of others and the organisation. We are seeking a person with strong responsibility, excellent organizational, planning and time management skills combined with strong detail orientation. This person should be able to have detailed economic discussions in either English and Swedish.
We are looking for someone with:
5-10yrs experience of qualified financial accounting - preferably with relevant degree
Previous experience with cloud-based accounting packages preferred
Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
Strong communication and negotiation skills, including written & oral English (company's working language), and Swedish (for forms and government communications).
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and Microsoft tools for professional use
Luxbright is a Swedish nanotechnology start-up based in Gothenburg. Currently Luxbright develops a disruptive technology for x-ray generation. We aim to develop the technology for the next generation of X-ray emission. Our initial focus are X-ray applications such as Micro-CT, x-ray tubes for Cabinets, phase contrast, inspection and Mini C-arms.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Full or part time during weekdays - some light odd time availability as our executives are travelling to China and USA.
