Our recently established accounting department is responsible for the accounting and reporting of the two legal entities TRATON Financial Services AB and TRATON Treasury AB. We are now looking for an accountant to come join the department. The role, which is reporting to the Head of Accounting and based in Södertälje, will primarily be focusing on the entity TRATON Financial Services AB, which is the parent company to all TFS business units globally. As the accountant you will play a crucial role in ensuring that proper processes and procedures are in place and followed as well as utilising the digital tools available - actively contributing to creating a sustainable accounting department for the future.
Job Description
Examples of work duties:
Daily running tasks for TRATON Financial Services AB. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including bank and account reconciliations, book closing, and Month end reporting, tax declaration, VAT, annual report and statistical data as requested by the authorities.
You will play an active role in driving improvements within the accounting and reporting area through projects and improvement groups, where clear goals and deliveries are crucial.
Your skills
Key qualifications:
University degree in business administration or similar qualification, 3+ years' experience as an Accountant
Hands on experience in Swedish legal accounting is a requirement
Proficiency in English and Swedish, spoken and written
Possess a high proficiency in MS Office Software - most critically Excel
As a person you will have a good business acumen and a high level of integrity. You pride yourself on being a good communicator and you are able to handle different stakeholders.
Strong ability to organise multiple tasks, structure, plan and get things done
Drives change and implementation with energy, courage and commitment
Ability to work and be comfortable in a dynamic, international and diverse environment under continuous development
Great attention to detail
Further merits
Experience in external reporting of the concerned legal entity, e.g. tax declaration, VAT, annual report and statistical data as requested by the authorities is an advantage
Experience in working in projects and/or implementing and documenting new processes and procedures is an advantage
