THE MISSION
As our brand new accountant you'll have an important role in Voi's continued growth and success. On this journey we're building a robust and flexible finance operations function and as a member of this team, you'll be working cross-functionally with people from all over Europe and play a vital role to ensure that the financial results are reported correctly, timely and compliantly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Handle all current postings and accounting matters
• Post bank transaction + make weekly reconciliations
• Post payroll files supplied from payroll agency
• Handle credit cards and expenses
• Recurring postings
• Handle and post accruals/prepayments
• Run periodisation
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare P/L and B/S for month end (support by Controller)
• VAT reporting (support by VAT manager)
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
• An university degree in a field related to Business administration, Finance or Economics
• Proven experience from accounting
• Experience from working with month-end closing tasks with limited or none supervision
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
