The Air France Accounting department is centralised in Sweden with 5 accountants handling accounting related activities for the area. We are now looking for an
ACCOUNTANT
Who will together with the rest of the team contribute to a correct and punctual handling of the Air France accounting processes in line with local rules and Air France procedures.
The accounting agent will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the efficient processing of all payments to be done from our Danish banks
• Accounting of all Danish banks operations (payments done, payments received) and monthly bank reconciliation
• Accounts receivable in Sweden and Denmark: invoicing, reminders, follow-up
• Other General accounting tasks
We are looking for a person with a 1-2 years experience within accounts receivable, accounts payables and general accounting as well as with an adequate education.
Experience of SAP or other business system is an advantage.
Analytical skills, carefulness, responsibility along with a concern for excellence and own initiative are essential.
The position requires fluency in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of French is a big advantage.
