Are you interested in building business- and customer relationships in an international environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Account Manager to join our sales team within Cibes Lift International.

Thanks to the wide range of lift products and a flexible design concept, the lift solutions of Cibes Lift Group adapt to the requirements of public, commercial, and private settings. Sales, installation, and maintenance services are provided by a global network of subsidiaries and partners. The company group is headquartered in Gävle, Sweden, and has production facilities in Sweden, China, and USA. In 2022 the Group had approximately 1500 employees and a revenue of 2,8 billion SEK.

In the role as Account Manager, you will be entrusted with complete budget oversight for your customers as well as driving and advancing the business and sales in collaboration with our international network of distributors. While based at our office in Gävle, your work scope will extend across multiple countries worldwide. We offer the possibility of a hybrid work solution and the estimated number of travel days in a year is 30-40 days.

As an Account Manager, you will identify and pursue sales opportunities within specified market segments, develop new customer contacts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will be the primary point of contact for distributors, supporting them in driving business forward in an inspiring and enthusiastic manner. Your dedication to understand the distributors' needs and offering tailored solutions is crucial. The role also involves conducting sales and product training, as well as supporting distributors in their sales activities. The ability to collaborate effectively within our sales team, with management and other support functions within Cibes Lift is essential for succeeding in the role. We are looking for someone who excels in building and developing business relationships, fostering long-term and trustful connections with customers and internal collaborators. You will collaborate with our technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services as well as you will monitor and report on sales performance against set goals. It comes naturally for you to see solutions instead of problems and to possess the ability to bring structure to your work.

Qualifications

We expect you to have a strong understanding of the sales process and business development. Experience in B2B sales in an international environment, dealing with key accounts and large-scale sales, is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and proactively, are key attributes. While technical interest can be a bonus, it is not strictly necessary as technical expertise is available within Cibes Lift to support you in grasping our products at the required level for the position. An academic degree in a relevant field, in addition to experience in the area, is advantageous. Proficiency in using business systems, CRM systems, and administrative programs in the Office suite is expected. A valid B driver's license is a requirement, as well as fluency in spoken and written English.
