We have an immediate opening for a role as an Account Manager in the team sales and marketing in Stenungsund. As an Account Manager you will represent AkzoNobel and serve as the central resource for communications with the customer on new product developments in the AkzoNobel portfolio.

Main responsibilities:
• Deliver sales according to budget and growth targets
• Contribute to the realization of the Agro segment strategy in EMEIA.
• Assess an understand the market needs, development and trends including changes in the customer base, competition, agro applications, solutions and products in the market
• Define opportunities for new business as part of detailed account planning and sales forecasting

• Master 's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology and/or MBA
• 5+ years Industrial Sales & Marketing of Specialty Chemicals or chemical process environment to the Agro industry. Experience managing/supervising direct reports.
• Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
