Position Summary

We are looking for highly motivated, goal oriented and pro-active professionals responsible for initiating the sales process in the business-to-business marketplace to join the Norwegian New Biz team. Candidates must have skills and enthusiasm in the entire sales process: obtaining and managing prospect lists, generating and qualifying leads, online appointment setting, executing on line sales demos, sales negotiations and closing deals successfully. The successful candidate will play an important role in generating new business through small and medium sized companies and organizations in Finland. She/he will also significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the Finnish sales team. We are more interested in hiring “the right people” than “the right background”.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks include (but are not limited to)

Networking and acquisition of leads through a variety of sources including web, social media, business publications and other sources.
Independently and proactively contact these leads via telephone to introduce APSIS and to book an online demonstration.
Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to demo to offer and through to successful closure.
Manage customer portfolio and act as the customers’ main point of contact ensuring high customer satisfaction during the first year of cooperation.
Effectively use company CRM and other tools to manage leads, keep notes on communications, manage pipeline reports, generate forecasts, and track sales metrics.
Contribute to internal sales and marketing efforts.
Build a sustainable pipeline month by month and ensure that the targets are met and exceeded.

Desired Skills & Experience

Excellent oral communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills in Norwegian.
A pro-active, enthusiastic and organized person with a solution-oriented attitude and high integrity

Skills and motivation to learn and adapt fast
Experience of sales, account management or other customer interfacing roles within IT / Web / Marketing
Experience in solution sales and digital marketing solutions would be an advantage

Qualifications 

Bachelor equivalent mandatory

Master equivalent would be an advantage

Languages

Excellent Business level Norwegian mandatory
Good command in written and spoken English
