The Marine & Ports team's goal is to make container and cargo handling safer, greener and more productive in the world's vital cargo hubs which handle a majority of all the cargo transported in the world. You will be working in the world of giant robotized cranes, intelligent automation and digital solutions which optimize the container flow in terminals worldwide; designed, developed, and delivered by the global Ports team.Your responsibilities Combining your interest in technology with doing business, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customersA varying job that takes you to the world's major port citiesYou will be involved in the entire sales process from identifying business opportunities, meeting customers, analyzing their needs. Finding the best solutions based on our system and product range and finally presenting an offer to the customer. Collaborate and have technical and commercial negotiations with different stake holders. You will be responsible for selecting equipment, managing delivery times and cost accounting to enable a successful project delivery. In this role you will have a lot of opportunities to develop both the business and yourself. It is an exciting journey ahead and a great career opportunity for you who are ready for a new challenge. Your background You have a university degree in engineering combined with relevant work experience preferably from systems sales. The position requires that you have great interest in technology and understand customer needs. Knowledge from engineering, project management, cargo handling or shipping industry or other process industry is considered a plus. Also, having experience in working in global teams is a benefit. Fluency in English and in Swedish is mandatory, written and spoken alike.As a person you are driven, open minded, committed and self-reliable. Lastly, you should also be a great communicator.
