Hyper Island is looking for a new Account Manager who is eager to create rewarding learning experience for students and organizations. The Learning Partnership team has a central role in the full-time student's Real World Ready experience. You will be responsible for bringing in interesting and exciting challenges from organizations for the students to work on during their studies. This requires you to either have a big network from before, and/or an eagerness to connect with organizations and represent Hyper Island. About Learning Partnerships: One of our six principles at Hyper Island is Real World Ready. To make our students just that, we let them work with real clients (ie Learning Partners) in live projects as part of their programs. A Learning Partnership is the opportunity for companies and organizations to collaborate with our students. You can read more about Learning Partnership here: https://www.hyperisland.com/collaborate-with-us/become-partner Job Description: In this role, you will initiate, lead and execute sales related to Learning Partnerships. The role is very hands on - you will meet a lot of companies and organizations, explore how they can collaborate with the Hyper Island students, create good conditions for rewarding projects and follow the process as students and companies work together. This entails ongoing contact with students, Industry Leaders and co-workers at Hyper Island to support the best possible partnerships. In addition, the role will include development of ways for the industry and the students to connect.

• Big network from before, and/or an eagerness to initiate contact and build relationships with companies and organizations - Experienced in doing sales pitches, over phone and face to face - Curious and interested in clients needs (our clients are both students and companies/organizations) - Goal oriented with good project management skills - A natural self starter with a creative mindset that possesses self-organizing skills and a wish to improve and test new ideas - High energy and opportunity-oriented mindset - Hyper Island is a value driven organization where culture and teamwork is treasured, so you should be someone that enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team - Ideally higher education in marketing, communications and/or business and minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience and proven records of sales/sponsorship - Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish Responsibilities: - Continuously pitch the Learning Partnership to a diverse range of companies and organizations - Nurture the relationships between Hyper Island and Learning Partners - Meet sales goals - Together with the team, develop sales and marketing plans and activities - Execute on marketing activities
