The Account Manager will drive growth of product sales within the Grid Solutions in Sweden. In other words this individual will be handling the sales and contact strategy in order to enable the acquisition of new customers and the management of the relationship with existing customers.

Tasks:
• Develop and manage new Key Accounts as well as building a network of influence with key stakeholders in the market segment
• Develop and successfully execute sales strategies to exceed the sales and profitability targets
• Participate in sales process from preparation of tender to a negotiated contract
• Use of GE internal tools to deliver highly accurate forecasts that identify revenue and timing of all projects, resulting in a pipeline of prospects
• Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to commercial operations and P&L ? including win/loss analysis
• Leverage and build strong relationships with customer, partner and internal GE
• Maintain and develop strong cross business selling initiatives, leveraging sales forums and local teams as well as support GE Energy initiatives in the region
• Work closely with other functional departments (after sales service, marketing, operations, logistics, HR, finance, etc.)

Your profile:
• Education in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, preferable with a bachelor university degree
• Minimum 3-5 year of relevant sales, tender and negotiation experiences in an international work environment
• Proven track record in technical sales environment and creating new business
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Ability to develop key customer relationships and to promote win-win sales strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on building relationships, both internally and externally
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally outside Sweden

You are a reliable and driven person with strong negotiation skills who is able to adapt his/her communication to different stakeholders. You understand the importance of showing a strong service attitude (being available to the customer, responsive to customer?s needs, flexible and willingness to build close customer relations) and have a proactive and flexible attitude. It is important that you are resilient, have a sense of urgency and are able to analyze and solve problems in an independent and efficient manner.
