IMS Factor AB is a Swedish financial institution registered with the Swedish Financial Inspection. We act as a commercial agent/ broker and offer new, innovative/ cheaper financial services for companies all over the world. Our portfolio of services currently contains structured products, insurance, factoring, currency hedging.

We are currently looking for new ambitious employees that will help us initiate new business relations in the EU and Global market. Our goal is to provide top of the line services for companies with different needs.

As an account manager at IMS Factor you will be part of a large and dynamic sales force with a vast global network of potential customers. You will be responsible for offering our business portfolio to clients and also:

• Play a key role with your specific area of expertise, language and country knowledge.
• Keep day to day contact with your customers and manage your clients.

As a new employee you will receive an introduction at IMS Factor where you get to know our company, learn basic sales techniques and familiarize yourself with our services. Afterwards you will work from home, where you need a computer, an internet connection, headset (webcam is recommended but not a necessity). We will provide you with everything else in order for you to be successful.
We believe you need the following skills to be successful for this position:

• Good language skills in English.
• Knowledge of your specific country/ countries business culture and an extensive company network.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a good or excellent sales track record.
• Discipline and a willingness to do business and make money.

Previous experiences in the following are beneficial, but not required:

• Knowledge of export/import chains.
• Sales/International affairs.
• Specific product/ service knowledge.
• Some knowledge about the finance products.
• You have run your own company and/ or you have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are interested in sales and the financial world, as this will be your steppingstone to do so.

This position is a fulltime position but could also be part time depending on your level of expertise.

We want you to be a part of an expanding company with good career opportunities. You will receive a very high commission based salaries, without a salary cap.
