Do you want to be a part of a young and growing company within the online advertising technology sector

Qwaya is a fast growing ad technology company, with customers in more than 70 countries, focused on building tools for paid social media marketing. We are specialists in Facebook marketing and have assembled a world class team with extensive experience. Our goal is to build a sophisticated tool with powerful features that is easy to use, affordable and accessible to a wide range of advertisers and agencies worldwide. Qwaya is active in a growing market, is well funded, and is backed by leading Swedish venture firms Zobito (ex team from $1 billion Nasdaq IPO QlikTech) and Industrifonden. Qwaya has it?s global HQ located in Central Stockholm, Sweden.

We are launching an outbound sales program and are now looking for the first two members of our sales team, a Sales Developer and an Account Executive. This is a great opportunity to be one of the early members of the sales team where you will be involved in developing the process, choosing work methods and the tools to use. We are looking for an ambitious and smart person who is ready to work hard in a competitive and rewarding environment with a friendly company culture.

Your responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the pipeline of qualified leads/prospects and to continuously close deals according to set targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about what they do, and can ensure the long-term success of our customers.

You will initiate conversations with specialists around the world, hold demos, sell and negotiate the Qwaya offering to mid-sized companies who are active in social media advertising.

Expected Profile

• Academic qualifications
• Business oriented and goal oriented
• Strong attention to details
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing (other languages is an advantage)
• Proven track record of sales (min 5 years), which should be articulated in the resume
• Interest in being measured on performance and beating targets
• Experience of selling SaaS solutions is a plus
• Interest and good understanding in e-commerce, social media and internet in general
• Familiarity with Google Apps, sales automation systems etc.

To keep up with the expectations you are intellectually curious, creative and very structured and organized.

As a person you are a team player with empathy, humor, patience and enthusiasm. This position is located at the headquarters in Central Stockholm near Stureplan.
