Thule Group are now searching for an Account Coordinator for Customer Service Export within the Customer Service department in Hillerstorp, close to Värnamo.
This position is expected to respond to management of customer orders and other daily support activities towards your customers.
You will be responsible for actively communicating with customers verbally as well as written; primarily towards our export customers.

Your profile:
To be successful in this role you need to have a commercial mindset and share our passion for the great outdoors. Ability to easily communicate, good problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset are other key ingredients in your personal profile.
We work in an international environment where a high level of English is required. You have a couple of years' experience from customer service, preferably from the export markets.
We expect experience of ERP-systems and common knowledge of the Office package.
Experience of Incoterms and customs documentation is a plus.
An academic degree is considered a strong advantage.
This is a temporary position based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, expected to start as soon as possible with expected duration until January, 2017. You will report to our Customer Service Manager, Therese Ferngren.
