* Coordinate and manage the sales team (Sales Support AB) with the planning of each sales cycle program and presentation to the sales team
• Support the sales force with general operations to help to reach the customer's satisfaction
• Maintain trade Item Information database internally & externally (Validoo) in cooperation with other dpt. of the company
• Support Executive managers during negotiations with customers
• Take phone calls & emails from Resolve order and delivery problems with customers
• Support operations by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information
• Coordinate fairs and big events
• Reports internally significant feedback from Customers
• Ensure regular contact with the international department in France & other relevant department
• Process day-to-day orders through our IT systems (SAP & Invoicing software)
• Book transportation & liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure good end of sales orders, accurate deliveries, and follow-up of invoicing
• Monitor Debit/credit discrepancies values for customers/suppliers - if any
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports

She/He should be committed to customer satisfaction. This professional will communicate directly with existing and possibly prospective clients across different platforms to find out about their needs, make follow up calls to see if those needs have changed, develop comprehensive product knowledge, match clients with the right products, perform demonstrations, place orders, oversee the sales process, and perform other duties to support Account Executives, as needed.
To be a successful Account Coordinator, you need to have experience within FMCG. Also, you should be proactive, positive, and passionate about food and how our products create value for clients. Top applicants are skilled verbal and written communicators in Swedish and French with excellent customer service, time management and computer skills.

Requirements
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish
• French understanding is mandatory
• Sales, Marketing, or Account Management experience in FMCG is preferred
• Training experience is merited
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
