We are growing and are now looking for an Account and Project Manager to our OMNY-product. OMNY is our server-based gaming system for enabling distribution of all our Play'n GO gaming content to land based casinos, integrated resorts and shipboard establishments. This is a new role within Play'n GO where you will get the opportunity to get into a real challenge and develop yourself professionally as well as personally. In this role you will take ownership and be the first point of contact for our OMNY customers. The position is to be based from our office in Växjö, Sweden.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide Product Manager with customer feedback and requests.
• Coordinate and manage projects with customers.
• Work closely with the customer to set a customer roadmap that correlates with the products overall business and development plan.
• Educate and inform the customer of product and system news and updates.
• Oversee that product offer, contract; and business model is aligned to provide the most profitable relationship.
Who are you?
• We believe that you have a few years' experience as Account Manager, Project Manager or any similar role.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Good verbal and written Spanish is a plus.
• Experience from Project management is a requirement.
• Experience from the Casino industry is a plus.
