This is an exciting role for our Accessories & Adjacencies (A&A) business to manage a group of innovative and high quality Gas Equipment Specialty Products (which includes, HP&I, Medical and Manifolds) for our global Gas Apparatus business. You will interface with the Global A&A Product Managers and R&D team for New Product Development, as well as global sales and products teams.
You will manage Specialty gases product lifecycle in terms of introduction, growth, maintenance, rationalization and have the ownership of it in the region.
The New Products Implementation (NPI) leader is working closely with global product management, Regional Product line Managers and Marketing Communications (Marcom) as the role is responsible for price management, market share and the communication with distributors and end customers. You will also be a leader for demand generation with end customers together with Marcom and regional sales team.
The role also responsible for channel programs, to be a voice for global strategy and NPI products roadmap definition as well as to work closely with supply chain to guaranty proper inventory levels, to support the sales function, assess competition and secure after sales service for the entire line as well as to make sure we have trained sales force.
Qualifications
• Having the legal right to live and work in Europe or US is essential.
• Technical background and engineering degree
• 3-5 years/ proven experience of product management
• High communications skills
• High negotiations skills
• Prior experience within the welding industry
• Solid English skills are required to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

The position is placed for Europe and US. Traveling is required.
