Robotics Parts & Logistics is responsible for the availability and delivery of spare parts to our robot systems worldwide. There are nearly 30,000 spare parts in the offer and more than 120,000 order lines are yearly delivered from our warehouses. Our customers require high availability, fast deliveries and reliable support during the entire product lifecycle.
Joining our team in the role as Project Manager - Customer Service, you will oversee and lead projects with complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications and quality standards. You will enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.
The role is reporting to the Global Offer Manager - Customer Service.
Your responsibilities
Stand responsible for the project from a budget, technical and delivery perspective.
Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risk, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
Analyze and address project risks, regularly disseminating lessons learned.
Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Track progress and update schedules regularly to reflect project changes and work progress and escalates deviations according to local guidelines.
Ensure compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedures.
Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
Min 2-3 years of experience in project management.
Strong personal leadership and interest in building relationships.
Motivated self-starter, with a keen interest in developing and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
A technical background and/or experience from working with industrial products is preferred.
Background from working with robots and/or control cabinets, or product development, is valuable.
