hela Sverige We are looking for a new great person to take up the challenge as manager for the group Design and Supporting Process, a team of 10 coworkers!
Lead the development and maintenance of IT solutions within the area of Design and Supporting Process for Scania R&D. As a forward thinking leader, you will join us in driving agile ways of working. You probably have knowledge within the field research and development. You are used to work all the way through the stack - you create the visions and lead the strategy work together with your colleagues at the same time as you have the ability to understand the details of a challenging delivery to be able to support your organization as a servant leader.

To succeed in this role you have strong stakeholder management skills and will and possibility to understand Scania R&D that we are supporting. Your leadership abilities enables you to build networks thus facilitating the change journey and getting people on board. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users. You have a natural understanding of that we exist for supporting Scania R&D with superior IT solutions. As part of the VW group we have huge possibilities for synergies and cooperation.
