About this opportunity
Welcome to the Risk Analysis team. We add value by providing great people primarirly working as IT analysts to different execution structures focused on Banking and Institutional Technologhy (BIT) and in this case the Market Risk area. As a Senior IT analyst, you'll play a valuable role in defining business and IT requirements and alinging our IT solutions to these requirements, applying Nordea standards and frameworks in a mindful way. At the same time we see that you will build your competence as an IT analyst in general.
What you'll be doing:
* Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to refine, define and analyse business requirements related to Market Risk.
* Collaborate and learn from our existing business analysts and IT analysts working in the area.
* Work closely with developers and others to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions.
* Support other parts of the project like testing and operations.
You will join a team of highly skilled subject matter experts in a fun and safe environment where the people are key. If you are not already an expert in Market Risk you will become one for sure, with the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers and our society by enabling Nordea to better manage our Market Risk.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Are based in Copenhagen, Gdansk or Warsaw.
* Have excellent communication and agile collaboration skills.
* Are creative, curious, proactive, structured and solution-oriented.
* Ability to come up with acceptance criteria & test cases for user stories
Your experience and background:
* A relevant university degree (Engineering, data science, mathematics, economics or similar)
* > 3 years experience working in or with IT development projects close to business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse teams
* Knowledge of Markets area and Market Risk is a big plus
* Experience in analysing web applications that have dependencies on multiple micro services is a plus
* Knowledge of SQL (Databases)
* Good to have competence in agile ways of working (Agile/SAFe).
