We are looking for a Team Manager to establish and grow Snow Software's 3rd line support team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Since our employees are our biggest and most important assets, your main focus will be your team and the individuals in it. We expect you to build a motivating environment and a great team spirit for each individual to grow in.

The 3rd line team solve complex incidents related to our products, as well as working proactively with problem management. This requires them to work in close collaboration with the product development teams.

Your role will be to coordinate and coach the team as well as refining strategies to make sure we successfully deliver a world class support experience to all Snow's customers globally.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

You have previous experience from working within support and have defined and implemented strategies to 3rd line support teams. We see that you are a communicative person and a great listener who enjoys working closely together with your team. You believe in empowering each individual and encourage innovation to build a strong engineering culture.
