JOB REQUIREMENTS
Functional knowledge
* Understanding of the principles and concepts associate with different Technical Consulting areas
* General understanding of other specialism in the RCC function
* Proven competence in the component or technical area of working
* Actively follows the technical development within the technical area
Business knowledge
* Understanding of how own team interacts with others within the function and how they support the objectives of the business. Requires some awareness of developments within the industry
People management
* Provide technical guidance/coaching to the team and may allocate/oversee the quality of the work in progress
* Uses existing knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance. May act in a supervisory capacity, leading a small team and assisting with appraisals and team recruitment
Problem solving
* Jobholder deals with most situations but advice is readily available in handling complex cases or in making more sensitive judgements/decisions. Guidance provided by procedures and on-going supervision
* Capable of leading the development of a technical solution within an assignment
Impact on Business results
* Impact in one main area, directly related to the quality of work/level of service. Impact on the wider business is by providing information, working towards products of value to the business or making improvements to processes
Communication
* Regular exchange of complex information. Mostly guiding and advising others, and there may be some interfacing with other internal functions or external groups. Is proactive in responding to others requirements, seeking information from other areas of the business as required
* Well recognized person in area of responsibility within Group
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* BSc or equivalent based on work experience
* 3-5 years of experience in different related business
* Wide professional experience in the subject area
* Experience in executing different processes
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Proven capability in deliveries based on assessment scoring from customers
* Proven capability of working with internal stakeholders
* Proven ability to adopt to and utilize cultural differences
* Capability in applying tools and processes
* Independent
* Part of a team with own responsibility
* Basic coaching to less experienced colleagues
